Customer Questions & Answers

Question: Why are my two monitor displays either the same as my laptop or both different from the laptop? Can they display separably?

Answer: This hub doesn’t support the MST function. It can only display in two ways like you said.

Question: Why is my wireless headset disabled when connecting to the hub?

Answer: I think you are using wifi and wireless headset at the same time because I had the same problem before. It’s frequency interference, you can set the frequency to 5Ghz.

Question: Why can’t my iPad Pro use the USB 3.0 port?

Answer: You need to upgrade the system to IOS13.4 then you can use the USB3.0 port. But you only can use it for unilateral data transmission due to the Apple system being limited.

"This little Hub was smaller than I expected. It’s about the size of an iPhone 5, it has everything including 2 HDMI ports which are difficult to find. My HP laptop immediately recognized the device and everything seemed to work great including the wireless phone charger. I’m purchasing a USB C cord and 61w charger to see if can replace that with my OEM power cord since this should provide power directly to the laptop. I’m hoping that setup works reducing my cord connections down to a single USB C connection to the hub. The only minor issue is that the USB-C hardwired connection from the device to your laptop is way way too short. It’s maybe 4 or 5 inches which means that all of your other cables attached to this thing will be sitting in plain sight right alongside your laptop since it’s not long enough to tuck away. I wonder if I can get a USB C female-to-male extension and if that would work. Otherwise, nice little device!"
