"exactly what I wanted. The wireless connection at my house isn't that strong. One time I was taking an online exam and my answers weren't saving. I began worrying and panicking. Luckily my professor was understanding about it. But the next day I bought this adapter so that I can hook my laptop up to the router directly. I had to download a driver, The downloading the driver part was super confusing because I'm not tech-savvy and there were absolutely NO directions on their website about how to extract the file after downloading it. I had to google around and then eventually figured out that after downloading the file, you were supposed to save it to your desktop to extract it."  

"I noticed that I had lost my ethernet connection and my computer was connecting to wifi only on my Windows 10 computer.
