Active DisplayPort CableThe STC-CC014 10m Active DisplayPort Cable features a built-in active signal booster for a connection distance of up to 50 feet (15m) between your DisplayPort-enabled devices - more than double the DisplayPort connection distance limitation of 16ft, with no signal loss. This durable yet lightweight active DP cable features a thinner 32 AWG wire construction that allows for a more flexible installation with minimal clutter. Plus, the cable features built-in amplifier circuitry which actively boosts the DisplayPort signal with no external power needed. The 15m cable offers a bandwidth of 10.8 Gbps with support for maximum resolutions up to WQXGA (2560×1600) and optional audio support. The cable is both HDCP and DPCP capable, which ensures that digitally protected content is displayed properly.
Active DisplayPort 1.4 cable supports high-bandwidth HBR3 rate up to 32.4 Gbps, DSC 1.2 display stream compression, FEC forward error correction, and 32 audio channels over longer distance than a passive DP cable without any signal loss.
Active DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable supports all features that a DP1.4 cable can offer including High Dynamic Range (HDR) and up to 8K (7680x4320@60Hz) video resolution. It is also fully backward compatible with 4K Ultra HD and 1080P Full HD
The active Display Port cable supports flawless audio pass-thru for uncompressed digital 7.1, 5.1, or 2 channels. The Display cable connector with a latch provides a secure connection with a release button that must be depressed before unplugging
